None of our accommodation ask for a French guarantor and they all are eligible for CAF (APL), the French aid from the government to reduce your rent.

• Select a student residence on the map : These accommodations are individuals. Sofa bed. Private bathroom, kitchen and toilet. If you want to live at 2 students you need to select a Studélites residence. You can change your residence whenever you want, for free, if it’s in the same group.
• If you are interested in a host family fill in the form bellow.You can benefit from several dinners a week with your host family and take great advantage of practicing the language and cultural exchanges.We can ensure that your family will be located 30 min max from your school by metro. You can choose the district you want ! Everything is included in the price (electricity, Internet, agency fees) except home insurance. No deposit needed. €34/night for a private bedroom and breakfast. Their price range goes from 34€/night (around 1 050€ month) to 54€/night if you want your own bathroom and a diner 7days/week (around 1 674€ per month).
• If you are looking for a flatshare, check our offers. All the rooms have the same decoration and are in high standard flats. You need to buy one of our pack to benefit from our help to book it. In addition with the pack, you will need to pay agency fees starting from €890 for Paris.

Estudines residences (From June to August ONLY  – 1 month stay minimum) :

€900/month for the residence outside Paris and Descartes and €975/month for the residence inside Paris

Odalys Levallois residence (From June to August ONLY  – 1 month stay minimum) :

Rent : €900 (studio located on floor 6 and 7) Deposit : €300 Agency fees, Internet, electricity and home insurance included. 

Studélites residences : Add €100/month for a  less than 6 months stay, with Internet and electricity included.

Host family – one week minimum : €34/night with breakfast, private bedroom and shared bathroom
